So........ No one at Google checked if the name of their products were already trademarked?

Now Google's getting sued over the name of their OS and Notebooks (because GOD FORBID they used an element as a name)

As an owner of an "Epic" 4G, I can rightfully say EPIC FAIL Google, as well as the company suing them.

I still don't understand why names of things can be trademarked. Doesn't it matter what quality the product is, and not the actual name?

I don't know, it could just be me.....

    I think it's seriously just an attempt for isys to get free publicity. And that part has been very successful. There's no way they have a chance in court, the whole premise is stupid. But...who knows. I guess it could happen.. they could win.
