The Strangest Stuffed Animal

Someone recently gave me this stuffed animal.

The audio message: "You are so so so soooo nice, and  good. You know what you are? You're good nice and soft! MMNNNNN!"

What kind of toy is this?

It especially enjoys randomly blurting this.
