First, Blackberries were banned in Arabian nations, now Kuwait is banning DSLR cameras. On top of that, Lank India (A city of 50,000) is banning cellphone use for unmarried woman.
The reason: I think it is to show people that the government can do anything it wants with little or no opposition.
