Why Rebecca Black Doesn't Suck

Where were you when you were 13? Making Yo Mama jokes and bloating over how you just got unlimited texting?

When you compare her lyrics, that she wrote herself, to Lady Gaga's song: "Boys, Boys, Boys"

"Boys, boys, boys
We like boys in cars
Boys, boys, boys
Buy us drinks in bars
Boys, boys, boys
With hairspray and denim

Boys, boys, boys

We love them
We love them"

Shouldn't there be a difference in the sophisticativity (I know I made that word up) of the song?

Or how about Katy Perry's song "E.T." It's basically a song about aliens and Kanye West having sex with them. So give the girl some credit, because she can sing well (without autotune.)

Spy Tech in the Olden Days; AWESOME

Button Cam
It's ironic that my digital camera is smaller than this 1970's confidential spy cam.

Turd Transmitter
I must say though, they still have nicer spy poop than what's on the market today. *sarcasm*
Cyanide Specs
I would be afraid to wear these lethal glasses, I tend to chew on the ends of them even when I'm not being tortured!

So before I comment on every piece of technology they had, visit this link to see the rest:

Why do people waste their lives creating a gigantic Ark?

Seriously, Google it. Or look at the picture about 10 pixels below this text:

Sure it can be a hobby, but COMEON!

Google Hiring Autocompleters: I don't have a chance

Google finally explained how autocomplete works today, a mass of hundreds of people who try to guess what you're typing, for you. With searches on the rise, they need more! So apply today!

In other news: Google is developing a new way to navigate the web, called Google Motion!
Check it out!

APRIL FOOLS! But I wish both of these things were real....
A: It would provide many jobs to teens globally
B: It would make better use of the webcams we all have.
B1: Imagine Webcam Kinect?!

Awesome mini helicopters play 3D Pong with themselves.

I would buy these two helicopters just to watch play tennis with themselves for countless hours, or until they die.

The absolute, coolest, freaken awesome thing ever built in 1890

What's the coolest thing someone did in 1890? It wasn't creating the car, making a camera without powdered explosion flash either. So what was it?

Witley Park.
Oh, wow, that sound's like fun....?

Take a look at some of these pictures:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/cybergibbons/sets/72057594107271287/

Basically, it's a giant underwater dome-ballroom. UNDERWATER! Why don't we have more of these things! Natural light, a nice green tint from the alge, what could go wrong! I mean, this one lasted for over a century, right! It's not like the glass panels are extremely thin and could still break at any moment, or anything...

That statue is on top of the underwater dome. To get that angelic look, people put bright lights in the dome at night, creating this awesome final photo.

Google's Secret: Its own internet speed

I find it pretty hard to believe, but regardless I sit here with barely 15 MB/S thinking of where I went wrong. I blame FIOS....

MSG Varsity Doesn't Care About Robotics: A Rant

I was thrilled to see MSG Varsity taking videos and pictures at the Long Island FIRST Robotics Regional at Hofstra this past Friday and Saturday.

Unfortunately, they seemed to not care about posting the pictures. Once they posted the single album from Saturday, I was greeted with a heartwarming:

Even worse, their highlight video was ridiculous, cutting off every interview, even replaying one interview.

To see it for yourself, visit: http://www.msgvarsity.com/2011-sbpli-robotics-competition-highlights-1.427837?p=&qr=1

My message to MSG: Thanks for your interest, but get your act together, because robonerds are the future of America, not some high school LAX star.
